I’ve always loved spending time in the library. There’s something so magical about a place that’s full of books, all those stories waiting to be read, and all those discoveries waiting to be made. Local libraries are so important. They’re the centre of the community, a place where everyone is welcome and where they do so much more than providing access to books, although of course they do that brilliantly!

I’m currently busy working on my next book, which has a librarian called Kat as the central character. I can’t wait to share more with you about Kat’s story (watch this space!) but if you’re looking for a reading fix in the meantime, how about heading to your local library to check out what’s on the shelves there.
I visited two of my favourite libraries in Wetherby and Harrogate recently to donate copies of my books. So if you fancy reading Duvet Day, Meet Me Under the Northern Lights, Take a Chance on Greece, Her Fixer Upper or The Typo, why not head down to your local library and borrow them from there?
